Mckay (Co-Owner of Inkfusion Tattoo Studio)
Mckay was born and raised on the Caribbean island of St.Lucia but migrated to the US at the age of 17 where his love and passion for the arts grew. He studied computer engineering, however given his artistic nature his focus was shifted towards tattooing. After many disappointing rejections from tattoo studios to become an apprentice, this would not deter him from his passion. Fortunately for him, he had the support of his family and friends and so he started crafting his talent by practicing on friends while also paying close attention to videos and other artists. Attending numerous tattoo conventions across the United States elevated his artistic skill. Mckay has developed exceptional work ethic and skill through
his interactions with tattoo artists and customers throughout his career. After a decade of tattooing in multiple shops in New York City he now specializes in black & gray, color realism and fine line details. He is proud to know that the countless hours and effort he’s put into his artwork has brought him to this current stage in life, he prides himself in being a self taught tattoo artist.
McKay also draws, paints, creates amazing artwork, also has created his own tattoo aftercare and tattoo numbing spray. There Youtube channel to highlight all his work.
